Limited Income Energy Efficiency Program

The BGE Limited Income Energy Efficiency Program will be transitioning to the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) on April 2, 2012. Beginning April 2, 2012 BGE will no longer be accepting new applications for the Limited Income Energy Efficiency Program.  For further information on The EmPOWER Maryland Low Income Energy Efficiency Program (LIEEP), administered by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, please visit
